Internationally recognised as an artists in 2013 in Washington DC at an opening of an exhibition, Ubuhle Women: Beadwork and The Art of Independence, at The Smithsonian.. Zandile is one of the 5 artists who are recognised as creating a new genre, The Ndwango.
